The Ocean City Surf Club is proud to announce that we will continue to operate our “Surf Into Integrity” youth mentoring program at the Stephen Decatur Middle School this coming Fall 2023. We begin September 20th with Orientation and I will post the classroom and the beach/surf schedule very soon. Unfortunately all the other After School Academy programs in Worcester county have been eliminated this year due to budget issues. The Surf Club is an independent organization and we fund all costs for our program so we can continue to positively shape the lives of our youth in our community.

We need your help! We need Instructors to help us with our Beach/Surf sessions on Sundays from 10am till 11:30am from October 1st until November 5th.  You don’t have to be a surfer to come volunteer for this program. We will show you how you can help us with the 24 students. It’s fun, it’s easy and it’s a great way to start out your Sunday enjoying the beach and ocean before cold temperatures arrive. As an Instructor, you will find it extremely rewarding as you see firsthand how this course impacts the lives of these children.

Please give us a call at 443-366-5885 to let us know if you can help us for any or all of these Sunday Beach/Surf sessions. The OCSC can’t run the “Surf Into Integrity” without Instructors that ensure the safety of all the students – so please consider helping us out.

Past “Surf Into Integrity” graduates are welcome to come out and help us as Junior Instructors.
